Settle connects to your accounting system, your Shopify store, your inventory system and your bank. This page lists every integration you can connect in Settle today. Each line says what syncs and in which direction.
Accounting and ERP
QuickBooks Online: two-way sync. Bills, payments and vendor updates flow between Settle and QuickBooks without manual entry.
NetSuite: two-way sync. Bills, payments and vendor updates flow between Settle and NetSuite without manual entry.
Xero: Settle pulls your chart of accounts, tracking categories and currencies. Vendors sync both ways. When you turn on two-way sync, Settle also sends bills, payments, credit notes and attachments to Xero.
Finaloop: one-way. Finaloop reads your Settle data and uses it to build your financial statements.
A2X: A2X reads your SKU-level landed costs from Settle, which Settle recalculates daily. A2X matches them to your Shopify, Amazon and Walmart payouts and posts the entries to QuickBooks or Xero.
Settle does not replace your accounting system. It manages your operations data (purchase orders, inventory and bills) and syncs it into your ledger.
Commerce and inventory
Shopify: your SKUs, variants and prices sync from Shopify to Settle. Settle writes SKU-level landed costs (freight, duties and fees) to the Shopify "Cost per item" field daily. Settle does not sync inventory quantities to Shopify. Shopify Plus stores work the same way.
Cin7 Core: Pay with Settle is built into Cin7 Core, so you can pay your vendors' bills from Cin7.
Banking
Bank account connection: you connect your business bank account through Plaid or Finicity. Settle uses the connection to fund payments and to check balances and transactions.
Where to manage your integrations
In Settle, open Settings, then Integrations, to connect an integration. Open the Sync center to check its status and fix sync errors.
