Syncing a PO with QBO

For businesses that signed up before May 2025, Settle supports syncing Purchase Orders from QuickBooks Online. This functionality is deprecated for new businesses to ensure a cleaner catalog and onboarding experience. If your account supports this feature, it allows you to track and manage your POs with your bills in Settle and take advantage of the compare tools.

Sync a Purchase Order through QBO

  1. Currently, Settle supports importing POs through QBO. You can manage these through the QBO integration settings within your Accounting >> Settings page.

  2. The Sync ensures any line items and attachments are synced between your QBO and Settle account.

  3. Once you've enabled your QBO sync, the PO sync, including timing and frequency, will follow the same processes as the vendors, bills and catalog items. You will also see PO sync confirmations and/or errors in your Sync status section.
