Settle keeps getting sharper, stronger, and more streamlined ✨ This month brings powerful upgrades to catalog management, onboarding, sync visibility, and global usability—plus more precise cost allocation and smoother working capital controls. Let’s take a look.


🚀 New Features

Bulk Label Assignment for Catalog Items

Goodbye, repetitive clicks. You can now assign labels to multiple catalog items at once.

  • Reduced manual work

  • Cleaner, more organized item management

Attach Documents to Sales Orders

You asked, we delivered. Manually added sales orders can now have documents attached—including PDFs, screenshots, and other reference files.

Key benefits:

  • Centralized access to order details

  • Easier auditing and collaboration

  • Upload, download, and delete files from the “Linked Documents” tab

TikTok & Amazon as Official Sales Channels

TikTok and Amazon are now formally recognized as Sales Channels (not just WMS integrations) and are available on the Launch plan.

Sales channels now include:

  • Shopify

  • TikTok

  • Amazon

Note: Launch users can connect one sales channel of their choice.


Editable Payment References

Payers now have full control over what vendors see on payment memos.

Key benefits:

  • Add custom context like invoice numbers or order details

  • Save default memo values per vendor

  • Appears on vendor bank statements and confirmation PDFs

Memo limit: 40 characters | Letters, numbers, symbols all supported

Sync Control for External Payments

Exclude specific external payments from syncing to QuickBooks Online.

How It Works:

  • Toggle “Sync this payment” on/off during payment creation

  • Re-enable sync later if needed

  • All excluded payments are visible in the new “Excluded from Sync” tab

Improved Inventory Visibility

We’ve fixed gaps in inventory tracking that occurred when no snapshot previously existed.

What’s New:

  • Inventory snapshots now auto-generate when creating POs, WOs, TOs, and more

  • End-of-month reports now reflect all items—even those added mid-month

Catalog Structure Standardization

All newly imported catalog items (from Shopify, Trackstar, QBO, etc.) now follow a standardized parent/variant model.

Key Benefits:

  • Clearer data structure

  • Fewer sync issues

  • Lays the foundation for smarter catalog merging in the future

Note: Applies to new imports only. Historical backfill is in progress!

New Allocation Methodologies

Catalog items can now include weight and volume attributes for more precise landed cost allocation.

Key Benefits:

  • Improved cost accuracy

  • Greater flexibility during implementation

  • Unblocks brands needing non-uniform allocation methods

WCA Sublimit + Utilization Dashboard

Working Capital Advance customers now have a full dashboard to track their financing usage.

What’s New:

  • Total credit limits now visible (not just available funds)

  • Clear breakdown between WC and Cash Advance utilization

  • One simple table = full financing picture

Note: Feature is only available to customers using Working Capital Advance (not classic financing).


🔧 Additional Enhancements

  • QBO Catalog & PO Sync Removed for new businesses (Business IDs > 28215)
    → Cleaner onboarding, no more junk data

  • Onboarding Product Interest Page Updates
    → Landed Cost + 3-Way Match are now selectable features
    → Refined copy for clarity

  • Sync Center Upgrades
    → Shopify store names now visible
    → Individual sync status shown for each WMS integration
    → Better real-time feedback = no more infinite spinners

  • Shopify Bulk Import Boosted
    → Runs in parallel = much faster performance
    → Monitoring and optimizations ongoing

  • Inventory Auto-Snapshots Enhanced
    → Creating POs, WOs, or using Trackstar now always triggers a snapshot—even if one didn’t exist before


🎨 Design & UX Improvements

  • Autosave Indicator
    → Real-time save status added to forms

  • Save Confirmation Prompts
    → Never accidentally lose changes again—manual forms now ask before leaving


🐞 Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

  • Inventory snapshots now trigger reliably when adding late-stage docs

  • Sync status indicators added to all payment types

  • EOM reports now capture all catalog/location pairs

  • External payments can now specify credit card accounts in QBO

  • Finaloop compatibility improved: no credit card setup required

  • Shopify disconnections no longer require support intervention

  • Backend sync performance optimized for speed, visibility, and uptime
