Explains how to request a credit eligibility increase request through the customer app.

What is a Credit Eligibility Increase Request?

This feature allows eligible businesses to request an increase to their working capital eligibility maximum term directly through the app.


Who is Eligible to Request an Increase?

Eligible customers who may access this feature will see the "Request Increase" button in their portal.

​Below are some of the minimum eligibility requirements in order to make this request through our customer app:

  • The requesting user must have an Admin role.

  • The current credit eligibility available to the business must be greater than $0.

  • The business must have financing history on the platform for at least 90 days.

  • The business must not have requested a credit eligibility increase in the last 30 days.


How to Request a Credit Eligibility Increase:

  1. Locate the Button: If you are eligible, you will see a "Request Increase" button in your customer portal.

  2. Submit Your Request: Clicking this button opens a dialog where you can specify the total credit eligibility amount you are requesting. You can also provide any relevant details or supporting documents (such as new or larger purchase orders or new retail agreements) to strengthen your request.

  3. Confirmation: Once you submit your request, you will see a "Request to increase your Credit Eligibility sent" message. A business may only submit one credit eligibility increase request every 30 days.


What Happens Next?

Our credit team will be notified of your request upon submission and will review the information provided and be in touch with a decision or may contact you for additional information. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an increase to your total credit eligibility.
