Settle continues to evolve with powerful new features, enhanced integrations, and user experience improvements. This update focuses on making financial operations smoother, inventory tracking more precise, and user interactions more intuitive.

πŸš€ New features

Helping customers stay on track

Navigating multiple integrations can be overwhelming, and some customers abandon Settle due to setup complexity. Now, a β€œNeed help with your setup?” button lets users request implementation assistance directly from the app.

Key benefits:

  • Reduces drop-offs by providing real-time guidance.

  • Captures requests before users disengage.

  • Ensures smoother onboarding and faster adoption.

External partial payments – no more workarounds!

Users can now manually enter external partial payments for bills and POs.

Key benefits:

  • Log past payments with amount, date, and method.

  • Enter international payments with FX amounts.

  • Bills update automatically with a β€œPartially Paid” status.

  • Works seamlessly with split payments and vendor credits.

  • Auto-reconciliation ensures accuracy.

Please note that Settle does not pull partial bill payments from QBO, but users can manually add external payments in Settle to reflect updated balances. However, this may lead to duplicate records in QBO if the payment is also logged there.

Request Custom Reports in Settle

You can now request custom reports directly in Settle! Simply submit your request, and we'll take it from there.

Key Benefits:

  • Streamlined Process: Submit requests within Settle, eliminating back-and-forth emails.

  • Transparent Tracking: All report requests are logged and reviewed through a centralized process.

  • Priority Handling: Urgent needs can be fast-tracked via our intake form and Data team's expedited workflow.
