Tabs in Sync Center:
Needs Review: This tab is your priority action list. It displays all errors that require your attention, grouped by type for efficient resolution.
Waiting: This tab shows integrations that are currently in progress or pending action from a third party.
Recently Synced: This tab displays a log of recent successful syncs, providing a record of your integration activity.
Excluded from Sync: This tab allows you to manage and control which integrations are actively syncing data.

Common Sync Center Errors
Unknown Catalog Items found in external systems
When connecting a new Sales Channel or inventory integration, Settle will automatically merge any direct SKU matches into existing Catalog items with those SKUs. Any new-to-Settle SKUs will be caught in the sync center for users to: merge to an existing Catalog Item, Create a new Catalog Item, or Archive from the Catalog. (Archived items will continue to exist in the Archived tab of the Catalog.)
Any orders or GRNs related to these items will not be processed until the Catalog Items in the Sync Center are addressed.
