FAQs
Why is my report taking too long to download or stuck spinning?
If your report is taking longer than expected to download, this is usually caused by a browser connectivity or caching issue.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Hard refresh the page
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + RMac:
Cmd + Shift + R
Log out of Settle, close your browser completely, then log back in
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try using an Incognito/Private browsing window
Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy tools, as these can block real-time connections
Try a different browser (Google Chrome is recommended)
Try a different network to rule out firewall or proxy restrictions
Why does this happen?
Settle uses real-time browser connections to notify your browser when reports are ready to download. In some cases, browser settings, extensions, corporate firewalls, or network restrictions may block these real-time connections, preventing the download from appearing even though the report was successfully generated.
Still having issues?
If the issue continues after trying the steps above, it may be caused by a network-level restriction or technical issue that requires further investigation.
