June 2025 Release Notes

Written by Aneesah Ahamed

Settle keeps leveling up—cleaner interfaces, stronger controls, and powerful new workflows designed to support scale. This month’s release brings smarter GRNs, multi-shipment tracking, powerful payment automation, and cleaner catalog workflows. Let’s dive in.

🚀 New Features

GRN UI Redesign – Now in 50/50 Split View

One more step in standardizing key document layouts. The new GRN UI is here!

What’s new:

  • Split screen view: GRN preview on the left, details + line items on the right

  • Toggle between panels based on focus

Why it matters:

  • Reusable components = faster iteration

  • Cleaner layout = better customer UX

👉 Learn more about managing GRNs.

Multiple Shipments (Semi-Launch)

The first version of Multiple Shipments is live!
Users can now send a single PO or WO and track multiple related shipments—each with its own key dates, destinations, and freight details.

Common use cases:

  • One order, multiple destinations (e.g. 5,000 units to East Coast, 5,000 to West Coast)

  • One order, staggered delivery (e.g. 5,000 units now, 5,000 next month)

What’s included:

  • Add/edit shipments with custom dates and methods

  • Allocate line items across shipments

  • Flag when shipments exceed PO quantity

  • GRN-level receipt tracking—one GRN per shipment

👉 More updates coming soon as we expand this feature across Trackstar and existing customers.

Update Payment Method for Failed Payments

We’ve added smart controls for retrying failed payments.

Now live:

  • Change the entire payment method (not just the bank account)

  • Available only for failed payments and if the user has vendor bank edit permissions

Why we did it:

  • Prevents mismatches by validating new bank info

  • Gives users more flexibility to recover from failures, faster

Trackstar GRNs Now Auto-Fill Key Fields

Problem: GRNs synced from Trackstar often missed required fields like location and date, even after linking to a PO or WO.

Solution: GRNs now auto-fill missing fields from linked ordering documents.

Why it matters:
✅ Less manual work
✅ Better data integrity
✅ Smoother order-to-receipt flow

PO Payment Schedules Powered by Vendor Terms

Payment Terms just got smarter!

What’s included:

  • Suggested Payments: Auto-generated from PO total & vendor terms

  • Forecasting Flexibility: Edit, link, or schedule new payments

  • PO Balance Table: Track total, remaining, paid, and due-to-vendor amounts

  • Payment Grouping: All vendor-related payments now grouped under the PO

  • Cash Flow Sync: Forecasted payments integrate with your outflow chart

Why it matters:
✅ Clear visibility into staged payments
✅ No more double payments or missed due dates
✅ A huge win for AP teams and cash planning

SKU Aliases for A2X Users

Problem: SKUs varied across platforms, creating mapping issues in A2X.
Solution: You can now add SKU aliases to any catalog item, passed to A2X for clean cost mapping.

Details:

  • Alias field appears only for A2X-connected accounts

  • Add multiple alternate SKUs

  • Strengthens cost accuracy across platforms
