Manually receiving a PO
Click into "Purchase Orders" via the left-hand navigation. Find and select the PO you want to add a GRNs (Goods Received Notes), often called Receipts, to from within the list of POs.
Click the "Create GRN" button at the top right side of your screen.
When the pop-up appears, select "Proceed."
Choose "+ Add without attachment," and a PDF with your GRN will appear on your screen.
Adjust the line items as needed, adding lot codes (if any) to each line item and updating the received quantity.
Update the fields in the PO Details panel on the right side of your screen. This includes the GRN # (which is auto-populated but can be changed), issued on date, and received-at location. The PO will automatically link to this GRN, and once all items are fully received, the PO status will change to "Closed."
To save the GRN, select the "X" button.
