On occasion, you may need to request an extension on certain working capital repayments. You can use the deferral process below to request additional time to repay the loans.

Please note that only payments that are not yet past due can be requested for deferral.

Process of requesting deferral on payments

To request a deferral on a payment, follow these steps:

  1. Check payment eligibility: Go to the dashboard's financing widget and click the three dots. A pop-up will appear, indicating if any payments are available for deferral.

  2. Batch deferral option: to defer multiple payments at once, navigate to the payments page. Select the payments you wish to defer and click the "Request deferral" button. A pop-up will show which of the selected payments are eligible for deferral.

  3. Complete deferral request by filling in the required fields, including the reason for the deferral and the deferral period. You can set the same deferral period for all selected payments or assign different periods to each one. Attach any relevant files by clicking the paperclip icon, then click "Proceed."

  4. Review and Confirm. You’ll receive a deferral notice summarizing the total amount deferred. Click "Proceed" to continue.

  5. Accept Terms and Submit. Review the Deferral Terms and Conditions document. Scroll to the bottom and click the "I accept" button. Your deferral request will be submitted to Settle's credit team for review. They will contact you shortly.

Once the deferral is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the request. When the deferral has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the status (approved or denied) of your request.
