As a valued customer, it's important to stay up-to-date with your plan and usage billing charges. This will help you keep track of your current plan, payment method on file, and any past or upcoming charges.

  1. Access your Settings via the left-hand side navigation menu. Within Settings, go to the tab labeled "Plan" and click on it. This will take you to a page where you can view all the details of your current plan and billing history.

  2. You will also be able to see the scheduled payment for upcoming plan and usage fees for the latest billing period.

If you have any questions or concerns about your plan or billing charges, you can contact our customer support team at support@settle.co for assistance. We are always happy to help!

Why am I being asked for a credit card during my free trial or while using a coupon?

We ask for a credit card in certain situations to ensure uninterrupted service. Here’s why:

  1. Coupons covering SaaS Fees only: If your coupon covers only the SaaS (Software as a Service) fees, you will still need to cover any transaction fees. When you attempt to schedule a payment, we’ll ask for your credit card to cover these transaction fees.

  2. Coupons covering the entire subscription: If your coupon covers both the SaaS fees and any transaction fees, you won’t be asked for a credit card until your coupon expires.

By providing a credit card upfront, you can ensure that any applicable fees are handled smoothly, and you won’t experience any disruption in your service.

What happens to a payment if I've scheduled it beyond the last day of my free trial?

If you haven't signed up with a payment method after your free trial, any future bill pay payments will be cancelled.
