Need to track a payment on Settle? When looking at an invoice page, you can easily check a payment's estimated date of arrival once it's marked as "processed."
By clicking "View", you can see additional details, including the pay-to account, paid-from account, who scheduled the payment, and the ETA. For a detailed explanation of how payment timing works on Settle, please read this article.
If your vendor is unable to locate the payment on their end, please contact Settle's Support team through live chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number, amount of payment, and date of payment. Our Support team will look into the status of the payment and report back as soon as possible.
