In certain circumstances, Settle may allow customers to upload manual financial statements to maintain their working capital eligibility when connecting accounting software is not feasible. Generally, we require customers to connect their banlk accounts and accounting software for automated financial data sharing but do make manual financial document uploading possible in rare cases. In these cases, you would be notified of which fins you're eligible to upload.

Important Prerequisites

Manual financial uploads are available by approval only. Before you can upload manual financials, you must:

  • Be an existing Settle customer

  • Have received approval from our Credit team to use manual financial uploads

When manual financials may be approved

Settle may approve manual financial uploads in specific situations, such as:

  • Technical compatibility issues with your accounting software

  • Security or compliance requirements that prevent direct integration

  • Temporary situations while resolving accounting software connectivity

How to upload manual financials

Once you've been approved for manual financial uploads, follow these steps:

Step 1: Prepare your financial documents

Step 2: Access the upload portal

  1. Click Upload Manual Financials

  2. Select the appropriate document type for each file

  3. Upload your prepared PDF files

  4. Review the information for accuracy

  5. Submit for review

Step 4: Confirmation and review

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your documents are submitted

  • Our team will review your financials within 2-3 business days
