How do I remove a vendor?

If for whatever reason you no longer need to store a vendor’s information and would like to remove them from your Settle account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Settle account and navigate to the Vendors tab in the left menu.

  2. Hover over the vendor and click on the checkbox that appears left of the vendor’s name. Repeat this process and select as many vendors as you’d like.

  3. Press the "Delete" button that appears at the top of your screen.

Note: If your QuickBooks account is actively syncing with Settle, this will set the respective vendor’s (or vendors’) status(es) to inactive in QuickBooks*.*
