Updated this week

Settle continues to evolve with smarter pricing tools, deeper visibility into inventory, and enhanced workflows for order management. This month’s updates are designed to help brands price smarter, track clearer, and move faster — with major improvements across costing, sales, and reporting.

🚀 New Features

💲 Volume-Based Pricing is Live!

Problem: Vendors could only set one static price per variant, limiting flexibility for bulk purchases.

Solution: Vendors can now define volume-based pricing tiers, offering automatic discounts when brands purchase larger quantities.

What’s New:
Each variant must meet its own minimum to qualify for a discount — for example, ordering 20 blue hats qualifies for a blue hat discount, but cannot be combined with red hats. This ensures accurate, variant-level pricing across catalogs.

Why it matters:
✅ Enables more competitive, flexible vendor pricing
✅ Improves transparency for brands purchasing in bulk
✅ Supports real-world vendor pricing strategies

📊 Inventory Balance Change Tab

Problem: Users could see total inventory levels but couldn’t easily trace where those changes came from.

Solution: Introducing the Inventory Balance Change tab — a detailed, filterable view showing every transaction affecting inventory levels, like GRNs, Sales Orders, and adjustments.

What’s New:
You can now filter by Item, Date Range, Balance Change Type, and Location to pinpoint when and how quantities changed.

Why it matters:
✅ Builds trust by showing exactly how stock levels are calculated
✅ Helps diagnose inventory discrepancies faster
✅ Provides full visibility into warehouse-level movements

🔍 Enhanced Sales Order Search & Filtering

Problem: As teams scaled up Sales Orders across multiple channels, finding specific records became time-consuming.

Solution: We’ve introduced powerful new search and filter options for Sales Orders — making it easy to locate orders by number, customer, date, and status.

Why it matters:
✅ Faster navigation and search
✅ Simplifies workflows for brands handling large order volumes
✅ Improves usability for multi-channel sales teams

📦 Downloadable Packing Slips for Sales Orders

Problem: Teams needed a simple way to generate packing documentation without leaving Settle.

Solution: You can now download a PDF packing slip directly from any Sales Order — ready to print or include with shipments.

Why it matters:
✅ Streamlines fulfillment workflows
✅ Reduces manual document creation
✅ Strengthens Settle’s end-to-end order management

📈 New “Insights” Page

Problem: Understanding overall business performance required manual report exports.

Solution: Meet your new Insights dashboard — the central hub for high-level analytics and reports. The first module, Income Statement, is now live, with a Sales Order dashboard coming soon.

Why it matters:
✅ Visual overview of your business’s financial performance
✅ Informed, data-driven decision making
✅ Less manual reporting effort

💰 Outstanding Loans Report

Problem: Tracking outstanding loans and balances required manual effort.

Solution: A new Outstanding Loans Report is now available under Docs & Reports, showing loan details and remaining balances in one place.

Why it matters:
✅ Simplifies financial tracking
✅ Centralizes liability management
✅ Streamlines reporting and audits
