  • Style # / Item Code support: Searchable codes in Catalog & Inventory screens

  • Smart PDFs: Auto-layout matching the new view + portrait/landscape switching

Impact:
✅ Faster PO creation for large assortments
✅ Easier for factories to read
✅ Unlocks a segment driving 35% of lost deals today

What’s next: Settings for toggling columns, thumbnails, per-item SKU visibility, and cost visibility

🔍 Search for Catalog Items Needing Review

Problem: Customers with large catalogs (up to 15k SKUs) had to manually Command+F through paginated lists when reviewing synced SKUs.

Solution: Added search to the “Needs Review from Sync” view—find SKUs instantly without scrolling page by page.

Why it matters:
✅ Big time-saver for implementations
✅ Easier catalog cleanup for large merchants

QBO Bill Sync Improvements

Problem: Customers syncing Bills without syncing Catalog items hit errors—QBO couldn’t match line items with missing item details.

Solution:

  • Bills now sync seamlessly by category

  • Catalog Item passed as line item description

  • Sync logic adapts if Catalog sync is enabled later

Impact:
✅ No more manual error resolution
✅ Reliable Bill sync even if Catalog/PO sync is disabled
✅ Simpler customer experience

🎉 Introducing Settle Insights

Problem: CPG brands struggle with fragmented data across Shopify, WMS, and accounting tools—making decisions without a single source of truth.

Solution:

  • Embedded dashboards powered by Metabase, now live inside Settle

  • First two dashboards:

    • CFO Dashboard: Core financial metrics every brand should track

    • Sales Analysis: Top-selling SKUs so you can double down on winners

Impact:
✅ Essential financial + sales insights, all in one place
✅ Live today for all customers

CSV Uploads for Catalog Items & Baseline Costs

Problem: Smaller brands often keep data in spreadsheets, slowing onboarding.

Solution:

  • Upload Catalog Items and Baseline Costs via CSV directly in the UI

  • Self-serve onboarding without manual entry

Impact:
✅ Faster time-to-value
✅ Increased self-service adoption
✅ Roadmap: bulk updates for catalog items coming soon

📈 Purchase Orders Line Items CSV Export

Problem: PO exports only included partial header information, leaving gaps for merchants.

Solution:

  • Extended CSV export with more PO header data.

  • Added full PO Line Items export, including:

    • All line item details

    • Shipments and delivery info (multi-shipment supported—items appear once per shipment line)

    • Matches PO PDFs for accuracy

Impact:
✅ Easier data sharing with vendors and teams
✅ Complete visibility into shipments

✨ Additional Enhancements

  • Streamlined PDF view toggles for additional expenses (paired with landed cost improvements)

🎨 Design & UX Improvements

  • Apparel PO matrix view with clean, responsive layout

  • Smart PDFs with auto portrait/landscape adjustment

  • Search-enabled “Needs Review” catalog screen for easier triage

🐞 Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

  • Fixed rare issue where certain WMS → Shopify order matches failed silently during ingestion

  • Improved responsiveness in large catalog searches

  • Optimized sync logic for QBO bill posting

  • Faster rendering for Insights dashboards

These improvements make Settle smarter, faster, and more tailored to how modern brands work.
